Both these issues need Women as they are endowed naturally with characteristics such as Nurturing, Compassion, Patience, Empathy, Altruism. Men have these characteristics but at a lower level than Women as mothers and the greater task and responsibility during the first 8 years of life for a child. What are the Barriers in Governments, Businesses, University and Research Institutions, Science and Technology, Healthcare, and in many Professions that need to be overcome? Your personal experiences and ideas will be relevant to our mission to produce a report as well as a video documentary on the subject of the 13th December Webinar at 1 PM GMT.
