  • Dr. Mahendra Shah – Dr. Mahendra Shah’s professional work is concerned with the development of holistic wellness resorts to confront the human health and environmental sustainability challenges of modern lifestyles. Shah has had over four decades of international senior-level appointments in the UN, World Bank, International Science, and Policy  Institutions and the Private sector in areas including sustainable development, agricultural investments, food and nutritional security, holistic health, biofuels, and food security, climate change, weather modification, and international negotiations. He has had policy and operations experiences in emergency relief aid, rehabilitation and reconstruction, and sustainable development in sub-Saharan countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, Japan, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. He was co-author the 2002 Johannesburg WSSD Report “Climate Change and Agricultural Vulnerability”, 2000 World Bank Report ” Food in the 21st Century- from Science to Sustainable Agriculture and Coordinating Author of Agenda 21″, Earth Summit in 1992.

    • Mr. Anders Nilsson – Anders Nilsson works in the field of Chemical Physics at Stockholm University.  He is most well-known for his studies of the structure and dynamics of water with the goal of understanding the origin of the unusual physical properties which make this liquid entirely unique on Earth. His other research interests include studying chemical reactions as they occur in real-time and energy transformations that have implications for future energy use. Nilsson received his M.Sc. (1980) in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and his Ph.D. in the laboratory created by the Nobel Laureate Kai Siegbahn in Uppsala University in 1989 and was conferred with the Ångström Award for Outstanding Ph.D. thesis. He later went to Stanford University in USA and became an Associate professor in 2000 and later a Professor in 2008 in the field of Photon science. He later returned to Sweden as a professor in Chemical Physics at Stockholm University in 2014. He became an Honorary Doctor in 2015 at Denmark Technical University.

    • Ms. Tania Islam – Ms. Tania Islam is the Chapter Head of Green Hope Bangladesh. She has been working tirelessly on the ground with women and children in the slums and villages of Bangladesh. She has been focusing on educating women and children about health, hygiene, and sanitation. She has also engaged them in activities such as tree planting, art workshops, and cleanups, thereby localizing the SDGs. Green Hope has started its “Together We Are Stronger” campaign during the pandemic, through which we have been helping the farmers in the villages of Bangladesh. Tania has been leading this entire campaign, despite COVID-19.
    • Ms. Arahmaiani Feisal – She is an artist, environmental activist, poet, and writer. She has been working as a guest lecturer in Passau University – Germany in the last 8 years. Her own identity as Muslim mediates between Islamic, Hindu, Buddhist, and animist beliefs. She has been working with communities dealing with environmental, social and cultural issues in Indonesia and abroad. . And since 2010 she has been working with Tibetan monks in Tibet Plateau dealing with environmental issues.
